Refund Policy - the basics

1. Overview

At It’s Always Something Farm, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because this is a small, independently run hobby farm, we handle each order with care and attention. Please review this policy to understand how we process refunds and returns.

 

 

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads (such as farm guides, printables, or eBooks), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a download or file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist.

 

 

3. Physical Products 

We offer physical items (such as alpaca fiber, handmade goods, or merchandise), the following applies:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Include photos if possible. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

All custom orders or made-to-order items (if offered) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
