Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

We do our best to process and pack your order within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note: During high-volume periods or farm events (like shearing season), processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on item size and delivery location. Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, shipping method, and destination.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our farm and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost items, or damages caused in transit. However, we’re happy to help you file a claim or track a delayed order—just reach out to us at:

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
